Patient Information
Practical guidance for a calm, well-prepared visit.
Appointments
Book online, by phone or WhatsApp. Appointments reserve specialist and diagnostic time for you; walk-ins are accommodated when the schedule permits.
Before Your Visit
- Bring current glasses, previous prescriptions and medical reports.
- Carry your diabetes, blood-pressure and medication records if applicable.
- Contact-lens wearers: switch to glasses before a corneal or LASIK evaluation, as advised when booking.
- Dilatation may blur near vision for a few hours — arrange a companion or avoid driving.
Diagnostics
Tests such as OCT, topography and perimetry are painless and quick. Your doctor will only advise the tests your case actually needs.
Payments & Insurance
Consultation and test charges are shared transparently before proceeding. Insurance or cashless assistance details are provided once confirmed by the clinic — please ask at reception.
Follow-up Care
Follow-up schedules are part of your care plan, not an afterthought. You will leave every visit knowing what happens next and when to return.
Children & Elderly Patients
We keep paediatric examinations friendly and unhurried, and provide assistance for elderly patients and those with mobility or vision difficulties.
